Tasarlanm\u0131\u015f transempedans amfileri 128 cMUT eleman\u0131na aray\u00fcz olmas\u0131 i\u00e7in tasarlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Bu \u00e7ip Yavuz Kansu, Cem B\u00fclb\u00fcl ve Abdullah Atalar taraf\u0131ndan tasarland\u0131. 6050\u03bcm x 1140\u03bcm boyutlar\u0131nda olan \u00e7ip, 5 dijital hat \u00fczerinden ayn\u0131 zamanda sadece d\u00f6rt tanesinin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 \u00fczerine tasarland\u0131.
